100% i was extremely pleased with the speed with which angela was able to assist me with what i consider to be a complicated / sophisticated requirement,we went through several options in less than 1 hour and then angela helped me to choose the best policy for my requirements and explained in detail why this policy was the most appropriate and then explained the policy in detail

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My husband didn't have a pension and I had a very old out-of-date one; approaching 50, we were very worried that we hadn't made enough plans for the future (retirement).

How has Angela James helped you?
Angela spent a lot of time over the phone initially and then via a video call discussing our situation, income, financial planning and desired retirement plans. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional yet friendly, very easy to talk to and put us at ease, with an attention to detail. She understood completely the position we were in and what we needed from her and from our pensions. Angela is very easy to get hold of and makes time for us.

It has only been 7 months since our pensions were set up through Angela; however, we are very happy with the outcome so far.

I needed some help sorting out a pension and wanted someone who would clearly explain everything involved. Also I was after some advice on work insurance and savings.
